

The simplicity of CITIZENconnects
content management software means that non-technical
people can be taught how to use it in just a few
hours. Furthermore, since we will work very closely
with your team in redesigning the site, creating
all necessary templates and user interfaces, they
will naturally learn all that is needed to post
and edit content. However, to ensure that your
web team is entirely comfortable with our technology,
we will prepare and organise training sessions
for the Authority's staff.
You may wish to educate
people outside the Web team, or even outside the
Authority, who could contribute to providing content
for the site. Should you need our support in 'training
the trainers', we would be happy to provide this.
A technical 'Help Line'
facility will also be available for questions
or issues that may arise for the entire duration
of the project.
Should there be major
updates to the system and any new functionality,
we would then organise another training session.
